What will need to be provided by the client?
The client will need to provide the following items. Some items marked with an (*) we can provide at no additional cost.
1) Association domain name*
2) Association hosting company*
3) Association logo*
4) Photos of the community*
5) Documents required that comply with Florida Law
What documents are required by Florida law?
Florida law requires condominium associations to post specific documents on their websites, including governing documents, financial information, and meeting notices. This includes the declaration, bylaws, articles of incorporation, and rules of the association. Additionally, the law mandates the posting of annual budgets, financial reports, board meeting notices and agendas, and contracts related to the association.
How long will it take to get the website live?
Usually we can get your Florida State compliant website live in 7-10 days of receiving all the content from the client.
When is the maintenance fee due?
You start paying the maintenance fee the 1st of the following month the website is live.
If we cancel the website maintenance fee do we keep the website?
No. Once you cancel our services the website will not be live anymore. All documents provided will be returned to the client. However, there is a fee to purchase the website outright, you may contact us to discuss.
Can we cancel the service?
Yes. After your website is completed and paid for in full and/or you have started the monthly maintenance part of our service, you can cancel at any time.
